Hello and welcome to our site! Crystal Cavern is a Metaphysical shop with the intention of providing quality products to caring customers. We try our best to keep a large variety of crystals, jewelry, and herbs, but if there is a specific item you are looking for, shoot us a message. Whether you are interested in the healing properties, a collector, or just love beautiful crystals we want to welcome you to our page!
SHIPPING
Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout, orders usually ship within 3 days unless you place your order on Holidays. We do our best to stick to the 3 days, and if there are any delays we will be sure to notify you as soon as possible. We currently only ship inside the USA. If you are needing your order expedited there will be an additional fee of $10 and be sure to choose the "Expedited Shipping" under our product category. Expedited orders MUST be placed Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-2pm Central Time, in order for them to go out the same day. Most packages are shipped via USPS, if you order over $200 in products or heavier items Fedex will be used instead.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & REFUNDS
Once you send us a message we try to reply within 24 hours, unless it is a holiday or weekend, then we will get back to you the next business day.
For refunds if the product arrives damaged/broken please send us a message right away including pictures of the broken product. We do our best to ensure products are carefuly packaged to avoid damage, but we do not control how they are handled once in the carrier's hands. You will have the option to return the product for a full refund, or choose a discount for your next purchase. Accidents do happen and we try our best to avoid them!
PRODUCTS
If an item shows as out of stock, please feel free to contact us and asked about the next availability. When we get large shipments in it may take us a few days to get the website updated, but we should always be able to give you a timeframe for our next restock date.
